A source says the 'America's Got Talent' judge's bigger and perkier boobs are not the result of a push-up bra, because she often goes braless.

Heidi Klum apparently will do everything to maintain her supermodel body. The 44-year-old has reportedly gone under the knife to enhance her breasts. A source says her chest is now perkier and bigger, not because of a push-up bra but as a result of a plastic surgery.
"Heidi's bigger and perkier in the chest, and it's not just down to a push-up bra, because quite often she goes braless anyway," the so-called insider tells OK!. "They've even had to alter some of her wardrobe for the show."
The source adds that the Germany-born beauty's recent weight loss only makes her boob job more obvious. "She's slimmed down a bit everywhere except her boobs. She hasn't said anything, but the whispers are that she's finally taken the plunge," the source claims.
Back in 2013, the "America's Got Talent" judge said she's too scared to have plastic surgery. She explained, "I would have a hard time looking in the mirror and seeing something that I'm not used to seeing." With the news about the boob job, it appears that she has overcome her fears.
