An alien creature is seen sitting over in the corner in a room full of the movie's crew in the photo shared by director Ron Howard.

AceShowbiz - Ron Howard has been generously sharing sneak peeks of the upcoming Han Solo movie. The director recently took to his Twitter account to tease fans with a photo taken on the set of the "Star Wars" spin-off.

"Working out a shot w/cinematographer Bradford Young for #UntitledHanSoloMovie," he captioned the image which showed a room full of the movie's crew. But what draws the attention is a glimpse of a strange alien creature sitting over in the corner.

There's no word on the name of the character, but the brand new alien appears to have large hands and wear a helmet. Epic Stream, meanwhile, suggests that the set could be showing the inside of Jabba's place.

The untitled stand-alone Star Wars film II focuses on how young Han Solo became the smuggler, thief, and scoundrel whom Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi first encountered in the cantina at Mos Eisley.

It stars Alden Ehrenreich as young Han Solo, Donald Glover as Han Solo's buddy Lando Calrissian, Woody Harrelson as Han Solo's mentor named Beckett, Joonas Suotamo as Chewbacca, with Emilia Clarke, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Ian Kenny, Michael K. Williams and Warwick Davis taking on other roles.

The movie written by Lawrence and Jon Kasdan is slated to be released in the U.S. on May 25, 2018.
