Tamar Braxton has an amazing body that now can be your diet goal. The 40-year-old surprised her Instagram followers when she shared on the site a new photo of her in a skimpy performance outfit, revealing her amazing abs.
The singer/actress had put a lot of hard work on it as she once said she and her husband Vincent Herbert were on a diet. Her husband lost 90 pounds and she told Dr. Oz how her husband's weight loss impacted her own size.
"I'm very happy. You know, I mean, at first I was like, okay you're getting too skinny too soon and I'm going to be the thick one now because I'm still eating. Um, but, you know, I had to change my eating habits as well, you know," she shared.
But fans don't need to worry about her skinny body, as Tamar makes sure that she eats to keep herself healthy. "Goodnight yall Finna eat so that head won't get to bobble!!!" she captioned the Instagram photo.
Her fans were clearly in awe of her amazing body. "Ur body is amazing!" one wrote. "Your abs look great girl," another commented. Another wrote, "U look good tay," before jokingly adding, "yeah please eat ... we can't have the bobble effect!"
