Cristiano Ronaldo is now a father of three. The Real Madrid star took to his Facebook page on Thursday, June 29 to announce that he welcomed twins, reportedly a boy and a girl, via surrogate. The announcement came along with a cute photo of him and his newborn babies.

In the photo, the twins, who wore a blue romper and a pink dress, looked sound asleep in Ronaldo's arms. "So happy to be able to hold the two new loves of my life," the 32-year-old Portuguese soccer player wrote in the caption, adding a folded hands and a heart emoji.

Ronaldo's new bundles of joy join big brother Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., 7. The athlete has yet to confirm the names and sexes of his babies, but reports say that the twins, who were born earlier this month via a surrogate mother, are a boy and a girl named Eva and Mateo.

The happy news comes after it's reported that Ronaldo's girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez is pregnant with their first child. The couple first sparked the pregnancy rumors after he shared a photo of him putting his hand over Rodriguez's tummy, which looked more rounded than usual. The couple added fuel to the rumors when they went vacationing in Corsica, during when she sported a burgeoning bump.
