Is this Amy Schumer's new boyfriend? The comedian has been spotted stepping out with a mystery guy following her split from her boyfriend of more than a year, Ben Hanisch, last month. The two walked the street in New York City on Sunday, June 11.
The "Trainwreck" star looked happy as she couldn't stop flashing a smile while listening to what her male companion said. She donned a black mini dress and heels during their walk. The 36-year-old comedienne also wore sunglasses and tied her long blonde hair into a ponytail.
Her male friend, meanwhile, kept it casual in a dusty green shirt and blue jeans, paired with white sneakers. At one point, the dark-haired guy was seen gazing adoringly at Amy.
Amy said earlier this month that she's already dating a new dude after calling it quits with Ben Hanisch. "He's awesome, he's like Stephen Hawking, sexually," she gushed about her new boyfriend, whom she didn't name.
The Golden Globe-nominated actress also revealed the reason behind the end of her relationship with Ben. "We were trying to rush the intimacy, like I was trying to impress the girl," she said. "I was like, 'Well, he woke me up this morning with a fart!' And he just slowly turned to me and he goes, 'Are we doin' this?' I was like, 'No, no, no, no, no, we're not opening fire! Don't tell me any of the disgusting s**t I've done!' "
"He was just like, 'I want male confidence,' " she went on sharing. "I noticed this thing. He had - and I think most men here - you have this mirror face. It's a face that men only make when they look in the mirror, and they don't make it in their real life, where he's like a normal guy, kinda nice, and then they look in the mirror, and they become a superhero and James Dean."
