Halsey has finally released the follow-up track to "Now or Never" and "Eyes Closed" off her upcoming album "Hopeless Fountain Kingdom". The electropop song is titled "Strangers" and it features guest verses from one of Fifth Harmony's members, Lauren Jauregui.

The sexy song, which Halsey previously described as "love song for the LGBT community," was made to celebrate same-sex love. Just like the singer hinted before, the track is another typical love song, only with the same sex pronoun.

"When I wake up all alone/ And I'm thinking of your skin/ I remember, I remember what you told me/ Said that we're not lovers, we're just strangers/ With the same damn hunger/ To be touched, to be loved, to feel anything at all," Halsey and Lauren sing on the chorus.

On the heels of the release of the song, Halsey took to Twitter to express her excitement. She wrote, "One of my favorite songs I've ever written. I'm very, very, very, very happy it's in your hands now."

Halsey recently opened up about the reason why she chose Lauren to assist her on the song, and it was apparently because both of them have come out as bisexual. "I was thinking to myself, if I want this song to be believable, it needs to be real. So I'm not going to put a girl on the song who's straight," Halsey said. "So I reached out to Lauren and she came in and she cut the vocal and it sounds awesome."
