A 22-year-old man suspected of carrying out the suicide attack is confirmed to have died in the attack, while his 23-year-old brother is taken into police custody for an unknown reason.

A suspect in the deadly explosion that hit Ariana Grande's concert in Manchester has been identified. Police have confirmed that the man suspected of carrying out the suicide attack is Salman Ramadan Abedi, 22, who lived in the Fallowfield suburb of Manchester. The attacker died in the explosion.
Police have also arrested another man in South Manchester in conjunction with the attack at Manchester Arena. U.K. officials said the 23-year-old man taken into police custody on Tuesday, May 23 is the brother of the bombing suspect.
It's believed that Abedi traveled to Manchester from London by train. He allegedly set off a bomb in the entryway of the concert on Monday night, killing himself and more than 20 others. At least 59 people were also injured in the incident.
ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack. The Islamic State group said that the attack was executed by one of its "soldiers," who "planted bombs in the middle of Crusaders gatherings."
