Beyonce Knowles celebrated baby shower at a private residence in Beverly Hills previously owned by Madonna on Saturday, May 20. The "Single Ladies" hitmaker was joined by mom Tina Knowles, Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams (II), Serena Williams, La La Anthony and Vanessa Bayer among others.
In a photo obtained by Page Six, Beyonce was seen sporting a large henna tattoo on her massive pregnant belly. Jay-Z's wife donned a bikini top paired with a long skirt during the event. She completed her look with a bandana and large earrings.
The festive baby shower was dubbed the "Carter Push Party." At the entrance to the party, gold balloon letters spelled out "Carter Push Party" and "Twinning."
An insider tells E! News, "The party was very family friendly with Blue Ivy and lots of her friends running around the grounds of the estate. There was a huge tent erected on the property where most of the shower took place. The decor was African themed and very colorful with lounge seating areas, floor pillows and rugs on the floor."
"The tables had lanterns, wooden elephants and pink and white roses for centerpieces. There was also a henna tattoo artist and African dancers and drummers walking around. A huge soul food buffet was served for a late lunch," continues the insider.
