It was announced earlier this month that Katy Perry would be featured in a new "Carpool Karaoke Primetime Special". The 32-year-old singer was spotted filming the special with James Corden on Monday, May 15 in L.A.
Thanks to a lucky fan who happened to be driving through Los Angeles at the same time as Perry and Corden, we now get a sneak peek of the new edition of "Carpool Karaoke". In the short clip taken and shared by the fan, the duo belted out Perry's "Dark Horse" out of the window of Corden's SUV.
"Carpool Karaoke Primetime Special 2017" will air Monday, May 22 at 10 P.M. on CBS. Besides Perry, the special will feature Jennifer Lopez who will join Corden to take a dance lesson from toddlers in a new segment called "Toddlerography". The special will also include a compilation of Corden's favorite "Late Late Show" moments.
J.Lo was featured in the first "Carpool Karaoke Primetime Special" that aired in 2016. The 12-minute special won an Emmy for Outstanding Variety Special.
