Are wedding bells ringing for Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian? Tristan reportedly has a big surprise prepared for his girlfriend Khloe should his team, Cleveland Cavaliers, manage to win the NBA Championship.

"Tristan promises big things if they win the championship! He is going to take all that focus and put it squarely on Khloe," a source tells HollywoodLife.com. The 26-year-old hunk "is going to smother her with attention and affection" and the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star can't wait any longer for it to come.

Tristan also makes a promise to whisk her away on a romantic tryst to either Hawaii or the Caribbean. It may be a perfect time for them to take a step further in their relationship as the source claims that "their friends are even buzzing he might propose."

Khloe has been a considerate girlfriend and gives Tristan space to focus on winning the game. "The last thing she wants is to be a distraction," explains the source.
