The rapper was forced to exit the stage mid-way through a performance of his Camila Cabello collab, 'Bad Things', after suffering severe chest pains.

AceShowbiz - Machine Gun Kelly took to Instagram on Sunday, April 23 to explain what happened when he exited the stage during his concert at Seminole Casino in South FL in the previous night. MGK shared a video of him being treated by paramedics backstage.

MGK was forced to leave the stage when performing his Camila Cabello collab, "Bad Things", after he suffered severe chest pains. The rapper, however, toughed it out and finished the show. In a video shared by TMZ, he was seen receiving herbal remedies from a fan.

MGK said he was injured while filming "Captive State" in the previous day. "For those who saw the TMZ post, here is what happened last night: i took some serious damage to my chest plate/ribs this week and during our 6th song last night I collapsed backstage and thought i was having a heart attack," he explained.

"What they didn't report, was that i went back out and finished that show cuz we're f***in champions and it was my 27th birthday and nothing can take me away from the stage," he continued, "#AlphaOmega #EST #XX #YoungGunner [ my favorite part -- medic: 'what's more important to u, ur health or the show? my response: 'the show']."

The chest pains didn't seem to impact MGK's birthday celebration that night which was also attended by Halsey.
