Gigi Hadid channeld her inner prankster. In the spirit of April's Fool Day, the 21-year-old runway beauty tricked her 32-million online devotees on Instagram into thinking that she had chopped off her long luscious tresses.
The blonde model shared a new picture that showed her wearing a white bathrobe and sporting a pixie hairdo. Her caption, however, read, "Happy April foolz fwends ;) :P." She added on Twitter, "Jokes jokes ... [laughing emoji] happy April foolz fwendz."
Gigi Hadid is not the only star to pull a prank on fans this weekend. Former "Star Trek" actor George Takei has also fooled his social media followers into believing that he would run for Congress against Republican Devin Nunes for a seat in California's 22nd District next year.
