Ashley Olsen has called it quits with her financier boyfriend Richard Sachs after five months of dating. A source tells Us Weekly that the pair break up because the former "Full House" star wants to focus on her fashion empire, which includes the Elizabeth and James label she has with her twin sister Mary-Kate Olsen.
Though the two have parted ways, the source says that "they're still friends and hang out." They even went out to lunch together in NYC's Chinatown. The pair first sparked dating speculations after they were seen together at NYC's Flywheel Flatiron back in October, just days after they were spotted strolling around the Hamptons.
They took their romance public in the following month when they were photographed kissing at a New York Knicks game. They're on a double date with Mary-Kate and her husband Olivier Sarkozy. The couples then headed downtown for a party at Irvin Plaza. "Richard had his arms all over Ashley, kissing and [stroking] her hair," a source told the news outlet at the time. "She was laughing and giggling. He's also close with Mary-Kate's husband and was chatting with him."
While Ashley and Richard have called it quits, Mary-Kate and her French banker hubby are ready to expand their family. A source tells the news outlet that the couple "really want a baby" and "have been ready to have a child for a while."
