AceShowbiz - The Weeknd and Future have been filming a music video for "Comin Out Strong", and they didn't bother to keep it secret. They posted photos on Instagram showing them during the shooting in a subway car to tease their fans. The duo is reportedly in Toronto, filming some scenes in TTC (Toronto Transit Comission).
In one of the photos that Future shared, the "Starboy" hitmaker and the "Draco" rapper look moody while standing in a subway car and looking outside the window. "Still comin out strong," Future wrote in the caption, referencing to the song's title. He also posted two other similar photos of him and The Weeknd doing few scenes in the deserted subway.
The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, also shared similar photos on Instagram. He posted three photos which hinted at the video filming. He also posted a short clip of four scary masked men in the subway car who are assumed to play certain roles in the music video.
Prior to this, Future and The Weeknd have teamed up for several tracks. In 2016, The Weeknd was featured on "Low Life", a single off Future's fourth studio album, "EVOL". Following the collaboration, Future joined The Weeknd on two tracks off "Starboy", "All I Know" and "Six Feet Under".
And now they're back together on "Comin Out Strong". It is one of the tracks off Future's latest album, "HNDRXX", which was released last February. Besides The Weeknd, the 17-track album features Rihanna in a single called "Selfish".
Future claimed that "HNDRXX" is "the album I always wanted to make." It is an "honest" portrayal of the 33-year-old rapper's life. " 'HNDRXX' is more personal," he said. "This is 'honest' album I was supposed to have been honest about. When it was time to have the 'honest' album [in 2014], I was like, 'Okay.' I was just using it as a title instead of being able to actually be honest in the music. This is it. This is 'HNDRXX'. This is me opening up and letting it all out so I can move past it and certain things, I won't have to speak on it again."
