A souce says that The Weeknd will never allow Justin to make him look like an idiot as he's more than ready to stick up for himself if Justin throws a verbal jab at him.

It's been a while since The Weeknd started dating Selena Gomez, but intriguingly enough they have never run into Selena's ex Justin Bieber. And now people may be wondering what will happen if the "Can't Feel My Face" singer accidentally bumps into the "Baby" hitmaker.
The "I Feel It Coming" hitmaker will reportedly try to do everything he can to avoid any unwanted meeting with the "Where Are U Now" singer. It's also said that the 27-year-old crooner is more than ready to stand up for himself if the 23-year-old singer tries to throw shade at him.
"The Weeknd would do everything to avoid an awkward situation with Justin Bieber," says a source to HollywoodLife.com. "But he knows he will run into him sooner or later." The source shares, "It will most likely go down at an award show when he's with Selena Gomez and he anticipates to take the high road when that happens."
"If Justin throws a verbal jab or something more in the shade department, then Abel [The Weeknd's real name] is more than ready to stick up for himself," the insider claims. "He would never allow Justin to make him look like an idiot," the insider adds.
The Weeknd and Selena were recently spotted on a romantic date at Ripley's Aquarium of Canada on Saturday, March 18, in his hometown of Toronto. The "Starboy" hitmaker even shared some pictures and videos of him and his 24-year-old girlfriend enjoying a sight of colorful jellyfish swimming in a massive tank.
