Emma Watson is lawyering up after falling victim to hacker(s). Her private photos have been stolen and leaked. A representative for the actress says the pictures were of her trying out outfits, but insists that they were not nude photos.

"Photos from a clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen," so the publicist says in a statement. "They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further."

The photo hack happened just before Watson's new movie "Beauty and the Beast (2017)" came out and only a week after her Vanity Fair photo shoot was released. Many claimed she undermined her feminist ideal with her racy picture.

"Feminism is about giving women choice. Feminism is not a stick with which to beat other women with. It's about freedom, it's about liberation, it's about equality," she defended herself. "I really don't know what my t*ts have to do with it. It's very confusing."

Not only was she slammed by fellow feminists but also blasted by Beyonce Knowles' fans for being a hypocrite over her comment on Queen Bey years ago. "As I was watching [the videos] I felt very conflicted, I felt her message felt very conflicted in the sense that on the one hand she is putting herself in a category of a feminist, but then the camera, it felt very male, such a male voyeuristic experience of her," she said back in 2014.

In response, the actress explained that her quotes were taken out of context and took to Twitter to post a longer transcript of the interview.

It's not the first time Emma Watson was threatened with nude photo leak. Back in 2015, a website with a countdown promising the release of her naked pics popped up on the web after her empowering speech for gender equality campaign HeForShe. However, it was just an empty threat.

"I knew it was a hoax. I knew the pictures didn't exist," she commented. "If anything, it made me so much more determined. I was just raging. it made me so angry that I was just like ... 'This is why I have to be doing this!' So if anything, it actually, if they were trying to put me off it, they did the opposite."
