The 'Scream Queens' actor is reportedly taking part at VH1 Save The Music's upcoming tribute for the legendary singer in New York City.

AceShowbiz - Colton Haynes is ready to make his live singing debut. After releasing covers of numerous singers since 2013, Colton will reportedly join VH1 Save The Music's upcoming tribute concert for George Michael, "Gotta Have Faith", in New York City.

The "Teen Wolf" alum shared his excitement with E! News during an interview. "I'm just so excited to be a part of this because I've been a fan since I was a kid and he's such an iconic inspiration to so many people and never strayed away from his own sound and being himself and that's so admirable," Colton told the site. "He's made so many people feel deep emotion through his music, myself included, and to be a part of this incredible night is truly an honor."

The producer of the event, Erich Bergen of the famous TV series "Madam Secretary", also confirmed Colton's participation at the event. "We're thrilled to have Colton on board," Erich said, before adding, "I had to corner him at Men's Fashion Week and beg him to do this. And he said yes! What a thrill! I'm equally as thrilled about our whole roster of performers. It's gonna be a wild night. Can't wait!" Sadly, Erich didn't reveal more details of how Colton's stage would be.

Besides Colton, the lineup of the event included Erich himself, Tituss Burgess, Cheyenne Jackson, Javier Munoz, Eric Hutchinson and John McLaughlin. Erich also revealed that all of the performances would be backed by a full orchestra.

Hosted by Elvis Duran, the event will be held at New York City's Highline Ballroom on April 24. The tickets can be purchased on the venue's website, highlineballroom.com.
