Tarek El Moussa and his estranged wife Christina El Moussa reportedly can't stand to see the fact that their TV careers are over soon. Amid their nasty divorce, the two are "desperately trying" to launch their own solo shows.

A source tells HollywoodLife.com, "Unfortunately, they are terrified of going back to 'civilian' life off of TV." The source claims that Christina "loves" being on TV and has a desire to "parlay 'Flip or Flop' into a bigger career in front of the camera." It's definitely not only Christina who yearns to stay in the limelight. Tarek reportedly also loves the perks of being a TV star. The source adds, "He loves the attention he gets from women."

The real estate agent and his wife debuted on TV in 2013 with a reality show titled "Flip or Flop" on HGTV, which shows the process of them flipping houses from start to finish. It includes the process of buying homes, which are typically bank-owned ones, short sales or foreclosures, renovating them and finally reselling the houses.

After their ugly divorce, the two are allegedly putting on a show for the sake of the series. They announced their breakup after 7 years of marriage in a joint statement last year. It read, "Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage." The then couple also addressed the "gun involved accident" as they dubbed it a misunderstanding.

In the joint statement, they also confirmed that they are currently seeing new people. "We have both dated other people following the separation, but neither of us is ready to announce anything in terms of another relationship," the statement read. Christina is now dating contractor Gary Anderson, while Tarek is reportedly hooking up with their family's former nanny, Allysa Logan.

Now Tarek reportedly kicks his estranged wife out from his real estate business, Tarek&Associates. According to TMZ, the 33-year-old hunk has started circulating flyers in Orange County with only his picture on.
