Harry Styles reportedly wants to be the next Justin Timberlake. Same as Justin, the One Direction member started off as the frontman of an iconic boyband and he's been working hard to debut his solo music and acting.
According to a source, Harry "really admires" Justin, who manages to jump from singing into acting and back successfully. "[Harry] is dipping his feet in many areas and as much as he is working on music," says a source.
"The acting bug has definitely bit and we can all thank 'Dunkirk' for sparking that. He has seen how the best do it with Christopher Nolan as his director and he wants to chase an Oscar before he chases a Grammy," the source tells HollywoodLife.com, "He actually loves how Justin Timberlake has done it and how he has done both acting and singing seamlessly, he would like to emulate that type of career."
According to Columbia Records CEO Rob Stringer, Harry's solo album will be released soon and fans won't be disappointed once it hits the shelves. "We're close and we're very excited. We have a record we're incredibly excited about and it's not far away from being ready," Rob told Billboard. "We obviously want everything to be beautifully done, because we think he's here to stay. Harry has stepped up with the vision of someone who's authentic."
