The 'Bad Romance' singer debuted the new ink, which is a referrence to Metallica's song 'Moth Into Flame', ahead of their duet on Grammys' stage.

AceShowbiz - After blowing everyone's mind up with her Super Bowl halftime performance, Lady GaGa was gearing up for her 59th Annual Grammy Awards performance. Ahead of her performance with Metallica at the ceremony on Sunday, February 12, the Mother Monster unveiled a new ink to commemorate her duet performance.

She posted on Instagram a photo which revealed her new ginormous tattoo of a moth with a skull as its face covering her entire back. She sports the moth ink to pay tribute to Metallica's song which they would be performing together, "Moth Into Flame", from the band's 2016 album titled "Hardwired...To Self-Destruct".

The tattoo is probably a temporary one as GaGa is known to pay homage to the artists she collaborates with. She rocked long, flowing hair and splashy heels when she appeared in Beyonce Knowles' "Video Phone" video. During her tribute performance for David Bowie at the 2016 Grammys, she also dressed up as the rock icon. Thus, it won't be too surprising if GaGa decided to get a huge tattoo of moth for her duet with the rock band tonight.

She flaunted her new ink on the show's red carpet. She went full metal, donning a revealing black crop top which showed off her cleavage and back, matching shorts with chains detail on them and fishnet stockings. She completed her look with a pair of black sunglasses.

Previously, GaGa teased fans about the collaboration for the music's biggest night by posting a photo of her and the band on her Instagram account. She dubbed themselves "MettaliGa" in the caption.
