Darren Criss is having a reunion with Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist. He will join his former "Glee" co-stars in "The Flash" and "Supergirl" musical crossover titled "Duet". Criss will star as Music Meister, a villain whose vocal range can hypnotize his victims.

"With our Flash and our Supergirl being 'Glee' alums, how could we not have them go up against another 'Glee' favorite like Darren Criss?" executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told TVLine. "We have been blown away by his talent over the years and we can't wait to see what he brings to the Music Meister."

Expressing his excitement, Criss wrote on Twitter on January 23, "I get to make my @UMich & @GLEEonFOX friends show their REAL superpowers on the @CW_TheFlash/@TheCWSupergirl crossover? Music to my ears!"

Criss starred on "Glee" as Blaine Anderson, who was Sebastian Smythe's (Gustin) love interest. Criss will also reunite with his classmate Carlos Valdes, the actor who portrays Cisco on "The Flash". Criss' other TV credits include "Archer", "American Horror Story: Hotel" and "Hairspray Live!".

Other stars who will sing in the musical crossover are Broadway vets Jesse L. Martin who plays Joe, Victor Garber who portrays Dr. Stein, John Barrowman who stars as Malcolm Merlyn and Jeremy Jordan who plays Winn.

The first part of the musical crossover is set to air on Monday, March 20, during the end of the sixteenth episode of "Supergirl" season two. Meanwhile, the second part of the crossover will air the next day on March 21, during the seventeenth episode of "The Flash" season three.
