Freddie could be seen going after the cake, with dad Tomlinson holding onto the little boy. The clip showed the trio who were joined by their family and a group of friends.
While Jungwirth shared the happy moment by posting the brief clip on Instagram, Tomlinson took to Twitter to thank fans for their well wishes. "Had a special day today with my birthday boy. Thanks for all the lovely messages !" so the One Direction member wrote.

Tomlinson and Jungwirth were in custody battle early last year after welcoming their first child together. Following their split, Tomlinson dated actress Danielle Campbell. Earlier this month, it was revealed that they broke up just weeks after he lost his mother Johannah Deakin to cancer.
