Katy Perry debuted a dramatic new hair do over the weekend. Ditching her signature raven locks, the "Rise" hitmaker showed off her new blonde bob at pal Sham Ibrahim's Palm Springs art show in California on Saturday night, January 14.
The 32-year-old singer donned a black coat and wire-rimmed glasses as she leaned on to her pal artist at the art show. The two posed in front of the camera while standing behind a cartoon portrait of president-elect Donald Trump.
Later in the evening, Perry threw a surprise birthday party for her boyfriend Orlando Bloom. The "Dark Horse" hitmaker celebrated her actor beau's 40th birthday with close friends and a surprise guest, Bloom's mother Sonia.
Bloom, who has been dating the singer since February 2016, took to Instagram to share a photo of him tightly hugging his mom. "Best gift ever surprise visit from me mum," the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor captioned the sweet snap.
