According to a new report, the singer-turned-designer refused to drink alcohol while in an NYC restaurant with her husband and was seen sporting baby bump in figure-hugging dress.

Another baby is reportedly underway for Jessica Simpson. In Touch claims that the singer-turned-designer is currently expecting her third baby with husband Eric Johnson (II). "The telltale signs were all there [to confirm her third pregnancy]," the publication says.
Simpson refusing to drink alcohol is said to be one of the signs. A source tells the tabloid that the actress and Johnson were seen together at a New York City restaurant late last month, but her husband was the only one spotted drinking. But "the biggest sign of all" is a baby bump she allegedly sported while flying back to Los Angeles in a figure-hugging dress.
The news outlet also says that people close to Simpson are already "buzzing" about the baby. "She really has that glow. She and Eric have been actively trying to have a baby since July, so everyone is convinced she's pregnant," the source adds.
Gossip Cop, however, has shot down the pregnancy rumor. The site, which debunked similar story published by OK! Magazine just two weeks ago, has contacted a source close to Simpson and can confirm that all claims made by In Touch are "not true."
Simpson and Johnson are already proud parents to 4-year-old Maxwell and 3-year-old Ace Knute.
