Katy Perry makes good on her promise. In a hilarious sketch on Funny Or Die to encourage young people to vote in the upcoming U.S. presidential election, the "Rise" hitmaker shocks everyone with her antics as she just rolls out of bed and heads straight to the polling station.

Wearing a terrible bed hair, the 31-year-old pop star is all smiles as she says, "This year, you can look like s**t when you vote. I've briefly scanned the constitution, and nowhere does it say you just can't fall out of bed and come to the polls in whatever state you woke up in."

Many other voters also dress down for the occasion. They wear nightgowns, onesies, tiny briefs that leave little to the imagination, and oversize T-shirts. But Katy goes to the extreme. She ends up on the backseat of a police cruiser and meets another delinquent voter Joel McHale.
