The newly-unveiled picture also gives a closer look at the organic nature of the costumes featured in the upcoming movie.

AceShowbiz - A new look at Saban's color-coded superheroes in the upcoming movie adaptation has been released. The new picture arrives via USA Today. It reveals the five Mighty Morphin Power Rangers lining up in their powered suits without their masks.

While the first photo has shown the characters' metallic suits, the latest one gives a closer look at the organic nature of the costumes. It features Kimberly the Pink Ranger (Naomi Scott), Billy the Blue Ranger (RJ Cyler), Jason the Red Ranger (Dacre Montgomery), Zack the Black Ranger (Ludi Lin) and Trini the Yellow Ranger (Becky G).

USA Today debuts the picture as part of the film's San Diego Comic-Con preview. Though the site does not specifically state what kind of presence the film will have at the convention, there will be one "Power Rangers" panel planned for Friday, July 22 at 11:30 A.M. in Room 5AB. It is possible that the first trailer will debut there.

Saban's "Power Rangers" follows five ordinary high school kids who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove and the world are on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, the heroes discover that they are the only ones who can save the planet, but to do so they have to overcome their real-life issues and band together as the Power Rangers before it is too late.

The film is directed by Dean Israelite from a screenplay written by Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz. Haim Saban produces the film along with Brian Casentini and Alison Shearmur. "Power Rangers" also stars Elizabeth Banks, Bryan Cranston and David Denman. The film will arrive in the United States on March 24, 2017.
