Bristol Palin is married. The daughter of Sarah Palin tied the knot with her on-again beau Dakota Meyer in a secret ceremony. The confirmation comes after the couple fueled wedding speculations in a telling photo shared by Dakota on Instagram.

"Life is full of ups and downs but in the end, you'll end up where you're supposed to be," Bristol and Dakota told ET on Wednesday, June 8, "We are so happy to share with loved ones the wonderful news that we got married! Hard work and God's grace are the foundation of our new life together, and with the love and support of our family we know we can get through anything."

The newlyweds are currently on honeymoon. They shared a picture of their wedding rings which showed Dakota's jewelry is all black, while Bristol's features stunning diamonds.

In a photo shared by Dakota on Tuesday, June 7, Bristol was seen wearing an engagement ring and a second band on her ring finger. "On one hand, we know that everything happens for a reason, and there are no mistakes or coincidences. On the other hand, we learn that we can never give up, knowing that with the right tools and energy, we can reverse any decree or karma," he captioned it, "So, which is it? Let the Light decide, or never give up? The answer is: both."

Bristol and Dakota announced their engagement in March 2015 but their May 2015 wedding was called off at the last second. In December, Bristol then gave birth to the couple's daughter Sailor Grace. Rumors that the pair had reunited began three months ago when they started sharing photos of them together.
