Mark Salling pleaded not guilty to federal pornography charges of receiving and possessing child pornography on Friday, June 3. The "Glee" alum had his internet usage and travel severely restricted.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Rozella A. Oliver ruled that Mark can be released after he posts $150,000 bail, including $100,000 of his own money to guarantee future court appearances. The 33-year-old actor's internet-connected devices must now be approved by federal authorities. He was ordered to wear a location monitoring bracelet and submit to drug testing as conditions of his release.
Mark was also ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from schools, parks, arcades and many other places of that sort. A trial date was set for July 12.
Mark was indicted on two counts of child pornography in late May. If the actor is convicted of receiving child porn, he faces a minimum sentence of five years and a maximum sentence of 20 years behind bars.
