The 'Pitch Perfect' actress revealed she lost 8 pounds in four days after she had an extreme exercise during her stay at The Ranch Malibu.

AceShowbiz - Rebel Wilson has just shed 8 pounds in four days. The "Pitch Perfect" actress took to Instagram to celebrate her weight loss as she revealed her secrets to losing her weight in a short period of time.

The 36-year-old actress uploaded a photo of herself taking a hike. She was seen wearing a red T-shirt, black leggings, a matching cap and sunglasses. She couldn't hide her excitement as she laughed while facing the camera.

She revealed that she managed to lose her weight after spending "4 fantastic days" at The Ranch Malibu, where she undertook a marathon hike. "OMG just finished 4 fantastic days at #TheRanch4.0 ...so challenging but very rewarding!" she captioned the photo.

"Not to mention I lost 8 pounds from marathon hiking over the 4 days! Thanks to the amazing staff and masseuses (free daily massages are part of the program)!! Feeling great!!@theranchmalibu @fswestlake#TheRanch4.0 #theranchatliveoak," she continued.

The Ranch Malibu resort is a celeb favorite for relaxation. Among those who once enjoyed unforgettable experience at the retreat were Lea Michele, Minka Kelly, Selma Blair and Julianne Hough. A month ago, Blair uploaded a photo of herself in her hiking gear. "Feeling energetic and exhilarated. I wish I could stay here longer," she wrote.
