Is Selena Gomez the Reason Why Charlie Puth Disses Justin Bieber?

The 'We Don't Talk Anymore' singer dissed the 'What Do You Mean' singer during his concert in Dallas reportedly because he didn't like with what Justin did to the 'Hands to Myself' singer in the past.

AceShowbiz - %cCharlie Puth% said some harsh words about %cJustin Bieber% while performing his song "We Don't Talk Anymore" during his concert in Dallas on Friday, March 11. As it turns out, Charlie's diss had something to do with Justin's ex %cSelena Gomez%.

According to's source, the song, which is Charlie's duet with Selena, "is basically all about everything Justin and Selena went through," though the song wasn't originally written about the former couple's relationship. "After he talked to her about appearing on the song and the stories she told him about Justin, it was something that seemed to fit perfectly," the source said.

After the "One Call Away" hitmaker learned that the song was exactly like Selena's love story with the "Sorry" singer, Charlie was immediately "siding with Selena's part of the story." The source added that Charlie apparently didn't like Justin and the diss was made intentionally. "The diss was going to be said eventually, Charlie knew he was going to say it at some point because Selena's emotions really spoke to him. He doesn't like Justin and he certainly doesn't like the games he played with Selena," the source claimed.

The drama began when Charlie was singing the aforementioned song. In the middle of his performance, he paused and said, "F**k you Justin Bieber." Charlie later took to Twitter to apologize, but he has removed the posts from his account.

"Hey everyone. I feel like I need to clear something up. What I said at the concert last night about Justin was meant to be a joke," the 24-year-old singer wrote. "However... the way it was said mid song did not sound like one. I am a massive @JustinBieber fan and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his music always."
