The CW is sticking to its scripted programming lineup. The young-skewing network has renewed all of its ten series that are currently airing, plus "Reign" which will return with new episodes starting next month.

The renewals will bring back "Arrow" for a fifth season, "The Flash" for a third season, "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" for a sophomore run, "Supernatural" for season 12, "The Vampire Diaries" for season 8, "The Originals" for season 4, "The 100" for a fourth season, "iZombie" for season 3, "Jane the Virgin" for season 3, "Reign" for season 4 and "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" for a second season.

"The CW has become home to some of the most critically acclaimed shows on broadcast television, with a wide array of fantastic scripted series across the week, ranging from musical comedy, to superhero action, to gritty sci-fi dramas," said The CW president, Mark Pedowitz, in a statement announcing the renewals on Friday, March 11.

He added, "As we continue to further our strategy of more year-round original programming, picking up these 11 series for the 2016-2017 season puts us in a great position of having proven, high-quality shows to launch in the fall as well as midseason and summer of 2017."

Still awaiting decision on its fate is midseason drama "Containment" from "The Vampire Diaries" co-creator Julie Plec, which will not premiere until April 19.
