TV

Tad O'Malley is back with shocking claims, and Mulder confronts The Smoking Man to stop whatever he starts.

AceShowbiz - After several episodic cases, "The X-Files" revival will be back addressing the issue that reunited Mulder and Scully in the premiere. Tad O'Malley (Joel McHale) returns for the "epic" season finale with shocking claims that alien DNA has been put in every American citizen without their knowing.

Everyone, except for Scully, is dying. Mulder, who sports rashes on his face, confronts The Smoking Man (William B. Davis), whom he believes started this. "Far too late for that, Fox," The Smoking Man says.

O'Malley who looks pale keeps updating people on the latest condition. "Lines of communication are being cut. Systems are falling," he says, hinting at how dire the situation is. "It would now appear we go out with a deafening silence."

"My Struggle II" airs Monday, February 22 at 8/7c on FOX. The investigations that Mulder and Scully previously began with conspiracy theorist and web-TV show host Tad O'Malley seem to have awakened powerful enemies. A widespread panic begins as people all over the country suddenly start falling gravely ill, and Scully must look within to try and find a cure. Meanwhile, Mulder confronts the man whom he believes to be behind it all, but another figure from Mulder and Scully's past may prove to be the key to their salvation.
