The 'Love Yourself' singer hints that he doesn't want to damage the 19-year-old supermodel because there's always a possibility that she is the one he will marry in the future.

It's no secret that Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have shared a lot of romantic moments together, but it seems like the "Sorry" singer is not ready yet to turn his relationship with the model into a serious one. Talking to GQ magazine, the 22-year-old singer explains that he doesn't have plan to settle down with anyone, hinting that it's too early to commit to someone.
"I don't want to put anyone in a position where they feel like I'm only theirs, only to be hurt in the end," he says. "Right now in my life, I don't want to be held down by anything. I already have a lot that I have to commit to. A lot of responsibilities. I don't want to feel like the girl I love is an added responsibility."
He may be referring to Hailey, the girl he spent most of his time with at the moment. It appears that Justin doesn't want to make the same mistake he did in the past, so he wants to make sure that he doesn't hurt the one he loves who may become his wife in the future.
"I know that in the past I've hurt people and said things that I didn't mean to make them happy in the moment. So now I'm just more so looking at the future, making sure I'm not damaging them," he explains. "What if Hailey ends up being the girl I'm gonna marry, right? If I rush into anything, if I damage her, then it's always gonna be damaged. It's really hard to fix wounds like that. It's so hard... I just don't want to hurt her."
When the topic about his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez is brought up, the "What Do You Mean" singer just says that he has a good relationship with her. "We don't talk often, but we're cordial," Bieber shares. "If she needs something, I'm there for her. If I need something, she's there for me."
