Is Selena Gomez trying a ridiculous way to take revenge on Justin Bieber? According to HollywoodLife.com, the "Hands to Myself" singer crushed on Seth Rogen to fulfill "her obsession to get back at JB," but this rumor has been debunked by Gossip Cop.

The rumor came after Selena tweeted a message for her co-star in her new film "Neighbors 2". "Seth Rogen is hot. #Neightbors 2," so read the message. The webloid immediately considered the tweet as Selena's expression of love for the 33-year-old actor. "Sel's crushin' on Justin's enemy!" wrote the webloid.

The site claimed that the songtress "developed quite the hots for the actor" and was "trying to get under" her ex's "skin" by "revealing her crush" on Seth. The site seemed to be pretty confident with the rumor, stating, "Sel expressed her feelings for Seth on Twitter, things certainly got interesting!"

Though the site said that Selena's "short and sweet message definitely got the point across," it seems like she did that only to promote her upcoming comedy film, in which she has a small role. The tweet came with a link to the movie's trailer which had just been released.

Selena was recently pictured getting cozy to Orlando Bloom while attending the British actor's birthday bash earlier this month. A few days later, she was also spotted holding hands with Samuel Krost after having dinner together at SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills.
