Get ready to explore the Harry Potter universe in "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them". Warner Bros. has released a teaser which promises that the first trailer for the "Harry Potter" spin-off will arrive on December 15.

The studio has also issued a press release suggesting that the trailer "will give audiences the first glimpse at a never-before-seen part of the wizarding world created by J.K. Rowling." Some speculated that the studio would follow some big movies' steps by showing the first trailer during "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" screening.

According to the press release, " 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident...were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of New's fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds."

Academy Award winner Eddie Redmayne stars as Newt, the "magizoologist" who writes the titular textbook. Colin Farrell, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Dan Fogler and Ezra Miller are also in the cast. Directed by David Yates, the fantasy movie will open in North America on November 18, 2016.
