Jared Leto quickly responded to a video recently posted by TMZ in which he said he "doesn't give a f**k about" Taylor Swift. The "Suicide Squad" actor took to Twitter on Monday, December 7 to send an apology tweet to the "Bad Blood" singer.

The said video was reportedly taken a few months ago. In the video, Jared and his 30 Seconds to Mars bandmate tried to find some inspirations for their new music and thought Taylor made a lot of nice tunes. They listened to some of her songs from "1989" album including "Blank Space" and "Style".

Jared commented on "Blank Space", "I like this verse, actually." Preoccupied with the song, he also wondered whether the lines included phrase "Starbucks lovers." Despite the confusion of the lyrics, he complimented her on the song, "It sounds good." However, at the end of the video, he shockingly said, "F**k her. I don't give a f**k about her."

The actor's harsh comment surely made Taylor's fans angry. Jared received massive backlash on the social media. Following the backlash, he wrote on Twitter, "The truth is I think @taylorswift13 is amazing + an incredible example of what's possible. If I hurt her or her fans my sincerest apologies."

While Taylor hasn't responded to Jared's tweet, fans came to his defense after he sent the apology tweet. User @brittbellgardt wrote, "Oh Jare you're entitled to an opinion. Besides you seemed to really like 'Style'??" alongside a GIF taken from the video which showed Jared's impressed facial expression as he listened to the song. Another user @McEchelon alleged that the video had been edited. She wrote, "I think this whole thing has been totally twisted and edited. I'm a fan of both so people need to calm down."
