It was Nicki Minaj who reportedly bailed out her 37-year-old brother, Jelani Maraj, after he was arrested for alleged rape. According to Page Six, the female rapper posted a $100,000 bond to get him out of jail. She used her two homes in Badwin as collateral. One of the houses is occupied by her mother and the other by her brother.

Jelani was accused of raping a 12-year-old child several times between April and November. He was arrested on Tuesday, December 1 but arraigned only two days later at Nassau University Medical Center after suffering an unknown medical condition. He was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sexual conduct against a child.

Nicki whose real name is Onika Tanya Maraj hasn't commented on the rape accusation against her older brother, but she said in August when he married his fiancee Jacqueline Robinson that she "would cross the ocean" for him. She captioned their picture on Instagram, "I would go & bring u the moon. Promise u. For u I will. I love my brother so much man."
