Karlie Kloss received backlash after she made fun of her height and Lady GaGa's towering heels on Facebook on Tuesday, November 24. Kloss posted a picture which came along with the caption, "Do you see Lady Gaga's shoes? And I'm STILL TALLER than her!!?!?"

The picture showed both Kloss and GaGa walking side by side at the 2015 British Fashion Awards. The 23-year-old model looked stunning in a sequined metallic sleeveless dress while GaGa looked glamorous in a red long-sleeved red dress. To complete her looks, GaGa wore a very tall black heels. Despite the towering heels, it's obvious that Kloss was taller than her in the picture.

While the Victoria Secret's Angel seemingly wanted to poke fun at how tall she was, some fans misinterpreted it and called her out. One social media user wrote, "She is lady gaga. She doesn't need to be tall." Another user even said that Kloss rose to fame just because of her height and that's why she could mingle with GaGa. "If you werent tall, you won't be there walking with Lady Gaga," read the comment.

Other social media users even compared Kloss' career to the "Born This Way" singer's. One of them wrote, "Kinda insulting lady gaga,u really mean that she is short,& ur so proud of ur self that u hv long legs than any1..I don't really like u,hey every1 hv a something special,if u r sing is doesn't mean u r better than her!!" Another commented, "You're taller than her but her career is much more glamorous without the need of long legs."

One user came to Kloss' defense as saying, "I think she's clearly making a simple statement of how high lady gaga's shoes are and that she's still taller then her...idk what any of this has to do with her looks and her career? ...y'all are just being judgemental a**holes now." Another user added, "Why are you guys hating on her!? She didn't even say anything bad about Lady Gaga... She just found it cute and hilarious how she's still taller than her even when Gaga's wearing humongous heels. Damn, you all need to chill."
