Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are apparently planning on spending some romantic time together on Thanksgiving. A source tells PEOPLE that the hot couple is hoping to spend one of the most family-oriented holidays together and is "thinking of taking a trip."

Another source tells HollywoodLife that Blake won't be at Gwen's family dinner on Thanksgiving as she's trying to keep everything as normal as possible for her kids, but they will meet up later. The source shares, "Traditionally they always spend Thanksgiving with Gwen's family and they're trying to keep things as normal as possible for the kids so the plan right now is to stick to that."

"She and the kids will have dinner at her parents' place and then she'll meet up with Blake," the second source adds.

During "The Voice" live show on Monday, November 17, Gwen and Blake didn't restrain themselves from showing off PDA with the "Sangria" singer joking that his girlfriend once sang Drake's "Hotline Bling" to him.

When host Carson Daly introduced the coaches, Gwen ran to her boyfriend's arms and they shared a big hug on the stage. The pair reportedly couldn't keep their hands off each other when the camera stopped rolling. At one point, Blake was said planting a kiss on Gwen.
