Kim says she wants to make sure 'to be able to give everyone just the same amount of attention.'

With a second child coming, Kim Kardashian is seemingly bracing herself for an even more hectic life. The E! star who looks ready to pop told Ryan Seacrest in a radio interview how she would juggle her time between works, kids, and husband.
"My husband needs a lot of attention, each kid needs a lot of attention, I work a lot, [and] I want to be able to give everyone just the same amount of attention," said the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star.
Kim and Kanye West are expecting a baby boy this coming Christmas. The baby will join big sister, 2-year-old North West. The heavily-pregnant star seemed to struggle with her second pregnancy and was reluctant to go through it again.
I said this last time. I said I am done. Don't ever make me go through that again. ... How miserable it is, swollen feet and heartburn. It is the worst," she said. "I think sometimes they [people] think I am ungrateful for being pregnant. It was really hard this time for me to get pregnant. ...[but] at the end of the day it doesn't mean I have to like it."
