The No Doubt lead singer is saying goodbye to her lavish house in Beverly Hills after her separation from husband.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are getting rid of their Beverly Hills mansion following their separation earlier this year. The lavish property is 9,000 square feet with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a tennis court, and a pool.
The couple bought the house for $13.25 million eight years ago. Real estate sources told TMZ that it was Rossdale who wanted the house back in 2007 because he liked the modern design while Stefani preferred a more Spanish style.
Stefani, 46, and Rossdale, 50, cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason of their split. They share three sons. She recently confirmed that she's dating "The Voice" co-judge Blake Shelton after they were spotted getting cozy at Halloween parties. Shelton also just parted ways with his wife, Miranda Lambert. They have no children together.
