Scott Disick reunited with his three children more than a week after checking into rehab. Instead of Kourtney Kardashian, it was momager Kris Jenner who brought 5-year-old Mason, 3-year-old Penelope, and 10-month-old Reign to visit him at a Malibu rehabilitation center on Sunday, October 25.
In pictures making their ways online, Kris was spotted still wearing her striped pajamas from Kim Kardashian's baby shower where Kourtney was also present. Scott was seen affectionate with his kids. He give Reign a kiss on the head and picked up both Penelope and Mason. He also posed for family photos with Kris.
Kourtney and Scott split earlier this year due to his partying and drinking. In an emotional sit-down as seen in the latest promo of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", Kourtney told him, "You forget what happens when you're on a binge." He admitted, "I f**ked up. I made the worst decision I've ever made in my life."
