While Lamar Odom remains hospitalized, Khloe Kardashian has canceled her upcoming press tour for her new book "Strong Looks Better Naked". A source tells ET that Khloe made the decision to remain by Lamar's side.

"Khloe hates to cancel or reschedule anything when it comes to work, but right now, her number one priority is getting Lamar back to good health," the source shares, "She won't leave his side and knows that is the most important place she needs to be right now. She is canceling her press commitments for the time being."

Khloe's new book is scheduled to be released on November 3. It is her first solo self-help book which includes stories about her weight loss journey and her relationship struggles, including her split from Lamar in 2013. "The thing is, you can't control other people, and you can't control the outcome of situations," Khloe writes in the book, "and if you think you can, you will soon discover that you are sadly mistaken."

According to another source, doctors are waiting for test results to see if Lamar, who underwent two emergency surgeries on Thursday night, October 22, needs a kidney transplant. Some fans have tried to reach out to Khloe and Lamar to offer their kidneys.
