Kris Jenner opened up about her relationship with Scott Disick after he split from her daughter Kourtney Kardashian in July. Speaking to Access Hollywood, the momager revealed that she still considered Scott a part of her family.
"Scott is like my son," Kris told host Billy Bush. "He came over yesterday. He was on his way over to see the kids. He's a great dad. They've got things to figure out." Regarding the speculation if Scott would get back together with Kourtney, Kris said she's "always hopeful" about that.
Billy went on asking, "Do you tell Kourtney to forgive whatever he may have done?" Kris said that she didn't want to intervene in her daughter's problem that deep. "I don't tell her things like that because I don't think that's my place, but my kids were brought up to be very forgiving people," the 59-year-old momager explained. "My wish is that, you know, they work it out and figure it out and we'll see what happens."
Of rumors saying that Scott has substance abuse problems, Kris declined to comment. "You know what, I don't see that side, so I don't want to talk about what I don't know. I just know that, you know, they'll figure it out," she said. "He's a great dad and he loves the kids and he loves Kourtney." She continued, "I love him."
