The singer, who is currently in divorce process from husband Gavin Rossdale, will stage the special gig at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom at The Manhattan Center on Oct. 17 later this year.

"Working with MasterCard to surprise my fans and deliver something truly unique and unpredictable has been a really special part of this year," 45-year-old Stefani told PEOPLE of the upcoming concert which is held as part of her partnership with MasterCard's Priceless Surprises series.
