The 'What Do You Mean?' singer dismisses a group of young girls who reportedly has waited for him on the sidewalk for hours.

Justin Bieber brushed off a group of fans in New York City. He walked by several young girls who reportedly had waited for hours outside a building in a hope to meet him. He ignored their pleas to take a photo and snapped at them before his car pulled away.
"Can we take a picture really quick?" one girl said when he exited the building and rushed to his waiting car. When he opened the car door to talk to someone from his entourage, the girls continued to beg him but he cut them off, "Yo, I'm talking to someone! Relax!"
One of the girls appeared to be crying after Bieber left in his car. "Remember next time when you go to buy the record," said one of the parents who accompanied the young fans.
Bieber later performed at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California for "Think It Up" telethon to help improve education in the U.S. He performed his new single "What Do You Mean?"
