Andre Bauth Wanted for Attempted Murder After Allegedly Stabbing His Tenant

The producer who plays a psychotic man in indie movie 'El Landlord' is wanted for attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.

AceShowbiz - Emmy-winning producer Andre Bauth is a wanted man. He was accused of stabbing his tenant, a 23-year-old actor named Clayton Haymes whom he manages, with a kitchen knife. He is facing attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon charges.

Haymes told local news station, KCBS-TV Channel 2, that the producer whose real name is Andre Salaman Bautista attacked him over Oscar comments. Haymes reportedly laughed at Bautista when the latter boasted that he would win five Academy Awards someday.

"When he said 'five Oscars,' we all just kind of laughed a little bit, and he got really upset," Haymes said. "I just don't understand why he would want to do this to me because we're friends." Bautista allegedly fled the scene after stabbing Haymes.

Andre Salaman Bautista won a Daytime Emmy this year as a producer on the soap opera "The Bay". He recently produced an indie thriller, "El Landlord", and played as a Mexican immigrant who becomes a landlord in Hollywood and kills some of his tenants. Clayton Haymes also starred in it.
