Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z are not on the verge of divorce despite circulating rumors. InTouch Weekly previously wrote in the cover of its latest issue, "Beyonce Shocker: Divorce Announcement, Why She's Dumping Jay-Z After 7 Years."
An alleged source told the tabloid, "It's dead. Bey is sick of keeping up the ruse of happiness, and she's done. It's like she's on lockdown and doesn't want to be asked about her marriage or why she and Jay haven't had another child ... But in private, she's already told friends and family that she's moving forward with her life. She'll soon make a public announcement that their marriage is over."
The outlet went on claiming that Beyonce and Jay-Z hadn't worn their wedding rings regularly in months. The "Run the World" hitmaker also allegedly had her wedding date tattoo removed from her ring finger. The source added, "Earlier this summer, Bey found some suspicious texts on Jay'z phone that led her to believe he was having a secret flirtatious communication with one of his proteges."
The powerhouse couple reportedly didn't attend the 2015 MTV VMAs together because they got into fight. According to the magazine, Beyonce didn't want to go to the annual award event because she and Jay-Z weren't staying together and she believed her husband has a thing for Rita Ora. "Beyonce is fully in charge of how the divorce announcement is going to be made. She is going to play the victim card to the hilt," the source claimed.
Jay-Z reportedly worried about his finances being made public in a lawsuit over his 1999's hit "Big Pimpin" as gifts he might have bought other women could be revealed to public. "Jay has lived the high life and the single life all while he's been with Beyonce. He has an entire world without her," said the source, "He stays out all night at times, partying with women while Beyonce's at home."
Gossip Cop was quick to come up with a denial to the rumor though. The site cited its own source as claiming that the report about Beyonce's divorce announcement is not imminent.
