Movie hunk Kellan Lutz showed off his ability in doing adrenaline-fueled workout sessions in his latest posts on Twitter and Instagram. The former "Twilight" star shared a group of photos on Twitter on Wednesday, September 2 that showed him dangling precariously on some dangerous-looking cliffs with a gorgeous view.

The 30-year-old actor was seen in the pics striking different poses, one of which saw him balancing his weight on only his hands, while another one showed him hanging from the bottom of the cliff. "I was able to fit in a quick workout while we were exploring these cliffs," Lutz captioned the pics. "Don't try this workout at home."

The day before, Lutz shared a photo on Instagram in which he pulled off a headstand at the Barrenjoey Lighthouse in Sydney, Australia. He is currently in the country to shoot the science-fiction action film "SFv1". "The Barrenjoey Lighthouse is one of the Sydney Northern Beaches' most iconic sights and boasts a notable cultural heritage," read part of its lengthy caption. "While I was here I had to fit in a work out ... or does this count as planking?"

I just visited the historical Barrenjoey Lighthouse, which sits at Sydney’s most northern point in Palm Beach. This lighthouse got its name from the customs officers who built the track around 1850 to monitor any smugglers bringing contraband into Broken Bay. The Barrenjoey Lighthouse is one of the Sydney Northern Beaches’ most iconic sights and boasts a notable cultural heritage. Built in 1881 from sandstone quarried on site, the lighthouse, its oil room and keepers’ cottages remain unpainted in the original stone finish. While I was here I had to fit in a work out…or does this count as planking?
