Catelynn Lowell and her baby daddy finally make it official in a Renaissance-themed wedding after 10 years together.

Catelynn Lowell has tied the knot with her longtime beau Tyler Baltierra. The "Teen Mom" star and her fiance exchanged wedding vows in a Renaissance-themed ceremony on Saturday, August 22, at Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan.
While Lowell didn't reveal her wedding dress, Baltierra gave a sneak peek on Instagram at his suit ahead of the big day. The bride, however, showed off their marriage license, "Look what I got @tylerbaltierramtv your stuck with me forever."
The couple has dated for 10 years since they were in seventh grade and she fell pregnant when she was just 16 years old. The emotional process of placing their first daughter, Carly, for adoption was captured on MTV's "16 and Pregnant" in 2009.
Lowell and Baltierra, now both 23, welcomed their second daughter, Nova, on January 1 this year. Nova served as a flower girl at the weekend nuptials. According to Us Weekly, Carly along with her parents Brandon and Teresa was present as well.
Other guests included co-stars Maci Bookout & boyfriend Taylor McKinney, as well as Amber Portwood and fiance Matt Baier. Also invited to the bash was "Teen Mom 2" cast Kailyn Lowry and husband Javi Marroquin.
